What You Can and Can't List on VendeeX
VendeeX is a marketplace for requests and offers. To keep it safe, legal, and fair for everyone, some items, products, and services aren't allowed on the platform.

Before you post
Whenever you list something on VendeeX — whether you're requesting it or offering it — you're responsible for making sure it:
- Isn't on the Not Allowed List below, and
- Complies with all applicable laws, including the laws of the country where you live and the country the item will be delivered to or imported into.
If your listing doesn't meet these rules, we may remove it, and you could face restrictions on your account — up to and including suspension or termination.
The Not Allowed List
The following items, products, and services can't be listed on VendeeX — either as a request or an offer.
Medical and pharmaceutical
- Blood, body parts, and bodily fluids; humans for sale, including offers or requests for adoption or surrogacy.
- Drugs, supplements, and medications that require the advice or administration of a medically qualified provider.
- Prescription and non-prescription drugs and devices, and supplements or medications that make false or misleading treatment claims.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, the substances and items used to manufacture them, and drug paraphernalia.
- Commercial tanning units and commercial tanning services.
Electronics, digital, and software
- Electronic surveillance equipment.
- Illegal telecommunications and electronics equipment — for example access cards, password sniffers, radar scanners, cable descramblers, mobile phone jammers, and GPS jammers.
- Bulk email lists, mailing lists containing personal information, and tools designed mainly to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Material that infringes the copyright or trademarks of others, including software not authorised to be bought or sold.
- Stocks and other financial securities, including cryptocurrency and related cryptocurrency mining equipment and services.
Identity, government, and other documents
- Census or government-authorised survey papers.
- Counterfeit products, replicas, or knock-off brand-name goods.
- Government and transport badges, uniforms, IDs, documents of identity, and licences.
- Personal financial records and personal information, including contact details and sensitive identifiers.
- Votes in national, state, or local government elections, in any country or jurisdiction.
Illegal, banned, and dangerous goods
- Burglary tools.
- Items prohibited for export to, or import from, countries designated by the United Nations.
- Endangered or protected species, or any part of an endangered or protected species.
- Fireworks, destructive devices, and explosives.
- Hazardous materials, including radioactive, toxic, and explosive materials.
- Recalled items, banned products, or products that don't meet mandatory safety standards.
- Weapons and related items — including firearms, accessories, ammunition, stun guns, switchblade knives, and other weapons that normally require a licence.
- Tobacco products and related items, including e-cigarettes.
- Used or rebuilt batteries, and batteries containing mercury.
- Ivory, rhino horn, or any animal parts or hunting trophies listed in the CITES guidelines.
Offensive material
- Material deemed offensive at the sole discretion of Vendee Labs management.
- Material that is obscene, pornographic, adult in nature, contains nudity, or is harmful to minors.
- Nazi party memorabilia and promotional materials, or material associated with the historical National Socialist Party.
- Material that promotes hate or violence based on race, gender, disability, or any other form of discrimination.
Other restricted items
- Lottery tickets, sweepstakes entries, and gambling equipment controlled by government regulation.
- New merchandise or services from multi-level marketing (MLM) companies, pyramid selling organisations, or similar representatives.
A few things to keep in mind
"Legal near you" isn't always enough. Because VendeeX connects people across locations, an item has to be allowed for both sides of the transaction. Something legal where you live may still be restricted where the other person is.
When in doubt, check first. If you're unsure whether an item fits the rules, it's better to ask or hold off than to risk having your listing removed or your account restricted.
The list can change. Vendee Labs may update this Not Allowed List at any time. By continuing to use VendeeX after an update, you agree to follow the revised list.
This guide summarises VendeeX's Not Allowed List in plain language. The official policy is the authoritative version and takes precedence in the event of any difference.
